Shipping, ordering, packaging & delivery
Fast, and in some cases free of charge.
We deliver our products in an appropriate, sanitary packaging.
Accepting your order: you receive a confirmation e-mail. Upon delivery, we send you your invoice via e-mail. Please check your mailbox regularly.
UK delivery
Small and medium size packages arrive within 1-3 working days, the standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class, without tracking.
Orders above £30 of value will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
Bigger packages arrive within 4-5 working days with economy package delivery, with tracking.
There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. The delivery charge can be seen during the ordering process on our website.
In holiday season (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, etc.) we unfortunately cannot guarantee the above delivery times. Please make sure you process your order in time.

You can chose EU or International delivery option. Standard postal delivery option is not available, we deliver with tracking only.
